Wagering Calculation
When you claim a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw any winnings. For example, if the bonus is 100 AUD and the wagering requirement is 30x, you calculate it like this:
Wagering amount = Bonus amount × Wagering multiplier
100 AUD × 30 = 3,000 AUD
This means you must place bets totaling at least 3,000 AUD before you can cash out. If you also deposit 100 AUD and the bonus is a 100% match, the total amount to wager might include both deposit and bonus. In that case:
Wagering amount = (Deposit + Bonus) × Wagering multiplier
(100 AUD + 100 AUD) × 30 = 6,000 AUD
Always check the contribution of different games toward wagering. Typically, slots contribute 100%, table games may contribute only 10% or even 0%. For example, if you bet 10 AUD on a slot, it counts fully; if you bet 10 AUD on blackjack with 10% contribution, only 1 AUD counts toward your wagering.
To avoid surprises, plan your bets. If you have a 6,000 AUD requirement, and you play slots exclusively, you need to spend 6,000 AUD on spins. The expected loss, assuming a 96% RTP, is 6,000 × (1 – 0.96) = 240 AUD. So budget accordingly.
Banking & Payments
betr australia offers a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods. Each has different processing times and fees. The table below summarizes the most common options:
| Payment Method | Deposit Time | Withdrawal Time | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard) | Instant | 1–3 business days | None |
| E-wallets (PayPal, Skrill, Neteller) | Instant | Under 24 hours | None |
| Bank Transfer | 1–3 business days | 3–5 business days | Possible bank fees |
| Prepaid Cards (Paysafecard) | Instant | Not available for withdrawal | None |
Important: To withdraw, you must verify your identity first. Withdrawal to the same method used for deposits is preferred. If you deposit via a card, the system will send winnings back to that card (up to the deposited amount), and any excess can go to a bank transfer.
Note: The minimum withdrawal is typically 20 AUD, and the maximum per transaction may vary. Always check the current limits in the cashier.

Common Problems & Fixes
Here are five typical issues and how to resolve them:
- Problem: Verification fails. Fix: Ensure your documents are clear, in full color, and not expired. Your name and address must match your registration details exactly. If you have recently moved, update your profile first.
- Problem: Bonus not credited. Fix: Check if you entered the bonus code correctly. Some bonuses require a minimum deposit. If everything seems right, contact live chat with a screenshot of your deposit.
- Problem: Withdrawal pending for more than 48 hours. Fix: Verify that you completed KYC. Sometimes the casino requests additional documents. Check your email for requests and respond promptly.
- Problem: Game crashes on mobile. Fix: Clear your browser cache and cookies. Ensure your browser is up to date. If using the PWA (progressive web app), try deleting and re-adding it from your home screen.
- Problem: Can’t log in. Fix: Use the “Forgot Password” link to reset. If you still can’t access, contact support. It could be a temporary lock due to security protocols.
Extra Tips
For better returns, focus on games with high RTP (Return to Player). Slots like Blood Suckers (98%) and Jackpot 6000 (97.8%) are excellent choices. Table games like blackjack (with basic strategy) can have an RTP of up to 99.5%, but they may contribute less to wagering. Avoid games with low RTP like keno (low 90s) and certain scratch cards (95% or lower). Also, steer clear of progressive jackpot slots unless you are prepared to bet the maximum; otherwise, you might miss the jackpot trigger.
